A vacancy has recently become available at Great Southern Toyota and we are seeking a proven Service Manager who is looking for a new and challenging opportunity to lead our service team in our progressive and expanding dealership.

The successful candidate will be directly responsible for the efficient management of the department with a strong focus on customer retention, staff development, cost management and ensuring all Toyota KPI’s are achieved.

This role requires a highly motivated and enthusiastic manager to lead the team; with a dedicated service advisor and experienced technicians, along with managing GSI levels, profitability and costs and really taking ownership of our service department. You must be innovative with an open and approachable manner, and be prepared to implement change to drive the business forward.

It is important to us that you:

  • Have Strong Leadership Skills with a positive can-do attitude
  • Can take initiative and problem-solve
  • Mentor our Service Team to encourage a high level of employee engagement
  • Previous service management experience within an automotive dealership is essential
  • Previous Toyota Dealership experience “A BONUS”!
