The role of Systems Administrator will see you working from our Victoria Park head office and responsible for supporting the group IT platform by providing administration and other support, facilitating effective communication between stakeholders, and supporting customers to resolve technical issues.
Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure day-to-day operation, administration and support of the group IT platform
  • Ensure that IT changes are controlled and do not adversely affect the business within an ITIL framework,
  • Be a key point of escalation to resolve technical issues
  • Ensure communication with key stakeholders is current and effective
  • Support and engage with a diverse customer base from both office and site-based locations
  • Collaborate, and work effectively with other teams in the wider IT group.

What you will bring

  • Experience supporting and administering medium to large-scale IT environments
  • Great customer service and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues

Experience with:

  • Windows Server
  • Active Directory
  • Microsoft Azure
  • VMware
  • PowerShell
  • Office 365

Other desirable but not essential skills and qualification include:

  • Citrix
  • Microsoft SQL
  • Cisco and / or Meraki Networking
  • Diploma or certificate qualifications in Information Technology, or a related field are highly desirable.
