What you’ll be doing:

You will supervise designers, their workload and produce documentation in detail design and construction. You’ll use our innovative technology to discover new and more efficient ways to deliver for our clients. Additionally, you’ll be required to:

  • Prepare, coordinate and complete designs and all associated documentation on time including updating of clients’ systems, preliminary design (definition of scope of work), and deliverables (costing, equipment and description).
  • Independently lead quoting activities for existing clients and new clients.
  • Liaising with internal software architects to develop and correct system functionality.
  • Monitor progress of design completions against specified timeframes.

About you

  • Must have an electrical background – qualified electrical engineer or Electrical trade.
  • Ability to use various Microsoft Suite programs including MS Professional and MS Excel (VB Desirable).
  • Experience working in the Telecommunications sector is desired however not essential.
  • Willingness to travel when required (a few days away from home per month approx.)
  • Current manual drivers licence.
