Are you a Power & Energy industry professional looking for a new opportunity to work for one of Australia’s largest dedicated infrastructure service providers?

Ventia are seeking a Field Supervisor to work on our NEW Western Power contract.  As a Field Supervisor, you will pre-plan and scope work for efficient and safe crew delivery, working with planners, switching operators, and project administrators to ensure readiness before work begins. 
Your role includes supervising subcontractors, engaging stakeholders, and streamlining processes, additionally, you will contribute to training, development, and monitoring financial and operational targets.

  • $4.00 per hour site allowance for all work outside the metropolitan region.

About you:

  • Relevant experience in delivering essential services.
  • Strong leadership and management.
  • Proven Field Trade supervision experience within the Western Power Electrical or Infrastructure sector.
  • Knowledge and expertise in problem solving, decision making and collaboration.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with experience in managing customer relations. 
  • Relevant industry recognised Frontline Leadership training desirable.
  • Current Drivers licence.
