Your new roleYou will work across a range of civil projects from $1m- $20m, for private and public clients, from water, wetlands, pipelines, drainage, to complicated concrete and mechanical structures. You will oversee a team of internal crews and external subcontractors to deliver projects in a profitable and timely manner. You will be hands-on, site-based and enjoy driving success with the crews.

Work closely with the construction manager to deliver these projects start to finish. Really learn projects from the ground to enhance your skillset and your future as an engineer.

What you’ll need to succeed

You will currently be an experienced delivery project engineer with 3-6 years site experience with a similar sized contractor. Have a proud record of delivering projects successfully. You will have delivered similar civil based projects in size and value, $1m- $20m. You will have worked for a Tier 2 or 3 contractors in this type of environment. Those with Tier 1 experience is not suitable unfortunately be the clients request. Project experience is essential, range of civil works. These projects are very different to having worked on large $100m+ Tier 1 projects.

You will have excellent communication skills and enjoy your job. You will help contribute to a fun culture which breeds success.
